Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
The issue of dynamic, fast-changing job markets and ensuring that young people are equipped with skills, competencies and knowledge that enable them to survive and prosper (Lifelong Learing). International skills and european working experience are requested in many jobs available in our regional economies and labour markets. International qualification is not yet part of the vocational training system.
Objectives to be achieved: The development of appropriate training, developmental systems and qualifications that properly equip our target groups for employment in multilingual and multicultural markets and work environments.To learn through exchange on European systems of training provision and access systems, to learn from a process of good practice exchange across Europe.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The organisation and administration of work placement programmes for approximately 120 young persons (each 12 weeks) in France, Sweden, the Netherlands and Finland.The organisation and implementation of european mobility projects within vocational training.The organisation and implementation of study visits for approximately 30 experts, local actors and institutions.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Work experience in areas related to the professional/training profile of the young people.Increasing employment opportunitiesExchange of experiences between partners of cooperating industries and actors of public administration.
