Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):
The Romani people are segregated in the educational system and at the labour market. Roms are in Sweden low educated, as well as in Europe in general, and a majority of the Roms drops out of school in early ages. We have provided adult education to the Romani group for years at our school. Now we need more knowledge of how to build a school system, with pedagogical and methodology that fits the Roms and gives new opportunities to work and further studies.
Objectives to be achieved: The goals of the transnational cooperation is to- Exchange experiences of adult education with the target group Roms - Learn from each other in the fields of education, pedagogic work, working methods- Improve the work with education and training for the Romani group.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): The temporarily plan is to have an exchange of experiences and knowledge with an education environment that provides adult education with the target group Roms.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: The main outcome of the TNC is expected to be further developed and improved education of the Romani people.
