Project Competency tour directed to unemployed people over 45 years old. The main aim of the project is to connect the professional counseling with education and training. The transnational cooperation is one of the ways to find methods and strategies for the target group.
Objectives to be achieved: Learn new methods and strategies.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Make a cooperation between institutions. Visit other institution working with the same target group and also get visit from people working with the same theme.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Get better results.
