Problems to be solved (justification of the need of the transnational cooperation):

Our primary goal is to increase the number of persons with disabilities who can support themselves partially or fully through work or education. We want to learn from other countries and projects how they work in these questions. We want to learn from others how to support inclusion of people with disabilities on the labour market. We also want to learn more about other countries legal support, governmental subsidies, social enterprises, ngo´s, collaboration between authorities, attitudes towards our target group; people with disabilities.

Objectives to be achieved: We would like to get new ideas on support methods, methods of collaboration between authorities, exchange of experiences and good examples.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of knowledge and experiences about labour market issues, organization (focus on people with disabilities) through study visits, meetings workshops.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: New ideas and inspiration about finding ways to a working life for people with disabilities and also about how to change the social structure which reduces the possibilities to enter the labour market.To learn more about transnational cooperation is going to be very interesting in itself.
