WHO WE ARE

The National Supporting Institution (NSI) for the Operational Programme Human Capital (OP HC) was established by the Ministry of Regional Development to support innovative and transnational activities implemented within OP HC.

OUR TASKS

• We develop and implement a system of substantive support for institutions involved in the implementation of innovative projects and transnational cooperation.

• We cooperate with a network of contact points in Poland and EU Member States to facilitate transnational cooperation.

• We have a system in place to monitor the implementation by OP HC project leaders of innovative projects and transnational cooperation projects. Based on the information collected, we develop analyses of support areas and define thematic areas as well as reports on the progress of the implementation of innovation and transnational cooperation principles.

• We perform the role of a secretariat for thematic networks, coordinate work and information flow between networks. We support the networks in the development of innovative projects strategy evaluation and result validation.

• It is our intention to improve and adjust our offer to the needs of implementing institutions and other entities involved in the implementation of OP HC projects, and thus we modify the offered support continuously in line with the needs that we identify.

WHAT WE OFFER

• We arrange trainings, information meetings, seminars, workshop sessions and study visits for the employees of intermediate bodies, experts, members of Project Evaluation Committees and staff of the Regional Centres of the European Social Fund (RCESF).
 

• We coordinate the work of experts whose opinions may be used by representatives of Intermediate Bodies when assessing the content of projects.
 

• We develop competition recommendations and example competition documentation for Intermediate Bodies.
 

• We develop textbooks on the principles of implementation of innovative projects and transnational cooperation projects within OP HC.
 

• We support activities aimed at promoting and mainstreaming of the best practical solutions implemented by Intermediate Bodies.
 

• In cooperation with Intermediate Bodies and Regional Centres of the European Social Fund, we train potential OP HC project leaders and project implementers in the area of application preparation and implementation of innovative projects and transnational cooperation projects.
 

• We coordinate the work of Thematic Networks.
