The main objectives of the project are to fight against social exclusion and unemployment in the target groups (unemployed and persons not active at work) and adapt foreign methods of training and consulting services to the local situation.
The TNC shall provide exchange of best practices in the work on core competencies and soft skills among the target groups and to develop a review of key performance indicators and evaluation process, training and advisory services for the target groups. The main activities will be to carry out visits to foreign organizations to examine the working methods and the adaptation and dissemination of developed strategies. As a result they expect transfer of proven methodologies.
