Enhancing and improving our knowledge of actions and means, tried and implemented in other countries, in the meaning of fulfilling the needs of the target group.

Objectives to be achieved: Investigate possibilities of transnational cooperation and exchange of experiences in a possible later/coming project.
Main transnational activities (as provisionally planned, to be confirmed with partners): Exchange of experiences and good ideas focusing on meeting the needs of the target group.
Planned deliverables & outcomes of TNC: Testing and implementing of new methods, means, and various activities, not yet tried in Sweden, with the purpose of improved social inclusion and better conditions on the labour market for the target group. In the long run better social integration and opportunities for members of the target group to contribute to their own employability. Mutual benefit for partners and target groups in participating countries, by enhancing knowledge by exchange of experience.
