The Polish institution - District Labour Office in Tomaszow Lubelski - implements project concerning methods of activation of unemployed younger and/or older people to back to work and looking for TNC partner.
Title: On the road to a career age is not a barrier.
Main objectives:
- Acquiring knowledge on effective methods of activating the unemployed up to 30 years of age and above 50 years of age and increase the effectiveness of the employment of persons under the vocationally activized job placement and career counseling.
- Implementation methods / tools for work leading to the activation of the unemployed.
The main activities of transnational cooperation:
- 2 study visits (max 7 days)
- 2 seminars
- Evaluation of the effects of the implementation of the method
- Preparing and publishing the presentation of good practice
- Dissemination methods in the Lublin province by organizing conferences / workshops to employees of public employment services.
