Learning Network on Transnational Cooperation in ESF (Learning)
The Network started its activities on 01 December 2009 anf wil last till 30 November 2012. The main objective of the Netowork is to stimulate learning and build capacity among ESF programme managers. We will develop a series of tools and organize face-to-face and online learning opportunities to ensure the successful implementation and promotion of transnational actions under ESF.
This will be achieved through:
• Exchanging good practice and experience;
• Developing new tools and procedures for transnational cooperation;
• Promoting transnational cooperation.
The main products plannned to be developped are a baseline study to identify needs in the Member States, handbook and working papers on transnationality, a dedicated website for ESF programme managers, training tools and bank of good practice. There will be also delivered peer learning seminars to provide a forum for face-to-face learning in order to present the tools developed, discuss specific issues and encourage exchange between ESF programme managers.
Main activities in 2010 was:
• Working paper on ‘Promotion of Transnational cooperation
• Baseline study part II – qualitative analysis
• Learning Seminar on Transnationality
